This article discusses persistence as an important aspect of the success motivation matrix.
“When the situation gets tougher, it gets tougher.”
“Winners never quit, Quitters never win”
You may be wondering why I started with the above quote. I used these quotes because they adequately describe the topic I’m about to discuss.
They are all quotations / phrases that are presented in different ways and are the emotions that people attach to permanence.
Persistence is a very important and necessary characteristic for success as a home entrepreneur.
After more than 20 years of involvement in entrepreneurship as both a serial entrepreneur and a trainer, I see entrepreneurship as a way of life. You learn from your mistakes and try to improve your next effort. That’s possible, but it’s unusual for an entrepreneur to succeed on the first attempt.
As a determined entrepreneur, you must develop tenacity and fiery desires to succeed.
First, develop your business ideas, make plans, and start your business.
As you progress, you will always feel like you’ve hit a brick wall. These can occur in a variety of ways. The government may have introduced new policies that may not be in your business’s favor, or product innovations introduced by competitors may be robbing you of market share.
Entrepreneurs can even be overwhelmed by the stock management of their business.
At such times, you must stay focused on your business ideas and readjust your plans when and where you need to take into account the events unfolding in your business niche. Must be.
That’s why a well-developed business plan needs to be flexible enough to accept the developments that may occur as the business continues to operate.
The ability to maintain course and focus despite the opposite odds defines PERSISTENCE.
Persistence is a true fighter mark, and you need to be persistent enough to be a successful home business owner.
Persistence is a very important success factor for entrepreneurs. Persistence is very important in the Success Motivating Matrix, although there are other success factors that are needed.
You have to believe in yourself and your business ideas, as others may not believe it.
This reminds me of Henry Ford’s story. Prior to launching the Ford Motor Company, Ford failed in five business ventures with great success.
Ford also showed a lot of tenacity when he wanted to develop a car with a V8 engine. His engineers kept telling him that it wasn’t possible, but Ford insisted that it was possible, and every time he persuaded and persuaded them to continue the project.
Eventually, success smiled at him, and a car with a V8 engine was born. This was a typical case of what persistence could be achieved.
Indeed, history shows that when permanence is positively applied, all the laws of nature collude and converge, giving entrepreneurs an amnesty.
I always encourage trainees to believe in their business ideas and their personal ability to succeed in their business.
I believe that persistence is an attribute of success that can be learned under the right circumstances. I have trainees understand the importance of permanence and many have moved forward to go beyond their dreams and succeed.
My strong belief as a serial entrepreneur is that you learn from your mistakes and mistakes and pass them on to the next company.
We do not abandon a ship just because we have a bad storm experience. Instead, you will try to make better decisions next time based on your own experience.
However, it is useful to state that you need to stop sticking to persistence and instead adjust your plans or use a different approach to know when to achieve your desired results.
Thank you for “working hard” until the end of this article.
